CASE REQUEST
For all case requests: Please be as specific as possible when filling out your application. This helps us get a  better feel for what might be going on. We need to know:  The name and address of your location, the events taking place that lead you to believe the place is haunted, the times you feel it to be most active, the name(s) of the spirit(s) if you believe it to be someone in particular, how you feel about the situation, and what you hope to get out of an investigation conducted by "CLPS". Also include your phone number and the best time to contact you. This application should be submitted as follows: Name: John Doe - Case. 
"CLPS" POSITION
"CLPS" is always accepting applications for new members. If one thing is for sure, you never know what skills may be needed per investigation. All interested parties are considered thoroughly. This field may not be for everyone, so we generally look for those with some prior experience. Please remember "CLPS" is a non-profit society, and this will be a high-demand position with little personal gain. While we understand the priorities of life outside "CLPS", members must be dedicated and able to attend investigations on short notice. We are as excited as you are to make you a part of our team.
